Hey Guys, I’m Allie, the owner of Blackbird Market LLC.

A community-focused marketplace that was created to support local makers, artists, bakers, and small businesses by providing a year-round space to showcase and sell their work. What started in 2024 as a vision to create a welcoming home for local vendors has grown into a vibrant collective of makers, community events, and local collaborations.

Through Blackbird Market, Allie has helped create opportunities for small businesses to connect with the community through vendor showcases, special events, and local markets. Today, Blackbird continues to serve as a gathering place for creativity, connection, and discovery, bringing together handmade goods, unique gifts, books, artisan products, and locally crafted treasures under one roof.

Allie is passionate about fostering an inclusive space where people can discover local artisans, attend community events, explore new interests, and build meaningful connections. She is especially dedicated to supporting initiatives that strengthen the local community, including the Let’s Feed Montrose/Michigan Initiative, which has provided weekly meals and is evolving into a community pantry offering non-perishable food and household essentials during shop hours.

When she’s not working behind the scenes at Blackbird, Allie is a devoted mother, and her kids are often found helping out or spending time at the shop. Alongside them is Mr. Crowley, the unofficial mascot of Blackbird Market.
